Magic in Montenegro

The Montenegrin coastline is often referred to as the most beautiful encounter between the land and the sea. As a country, Montenegro is known for its huge range of beauty and diversity, diversity of people, of sceneries, of landscapes, and of activities to enjoy. 

Let us take a moment to address the nature there. The country is home to some rocky and uneven mountains; it is also home to some old fashioned medieval villages where you can get an idea about life as it was before it got too easy with modern technological advancements. Montenegro’s coastline is mesmerizing; its Adriatic coastline has a narrow belt of sandy beaches running alongside it.

One of the most famous touristic spots in Montenegro is the Bay of Kotor, which is sprinkled with seaside churches and towns that were fortified. The town of Kotor also has a maritime museum that holds an interesting part of the town’s history. 

Another destination is the Durmitor, which is home to many mountains and is sought out by recreationalists. Durmitor National Park, is one of the main reasons tourists visit there. The park is home to some wild animal such as wolves and bears. Durmitor National Park also includes some beautiful limestone peaks, icy lakes and the Tara River Canyon.

The point is whether you want to travel to relax, to seek out an adventure, to party or to simply explore nature, Montenegro is the perfect destination for any of that. It was said one by the Lord George Byron "When the pearls of nature were sown on this soil, an overflowing handful was gathered. The most beautiful contact between the earth and sea took place at the Montenegrin littoral." And he was right.
