The Visa to Explore Beyond Dubai

Everyone has heard of Dubai, the city of dreams. The city that represents excellence in almost every accomplishment. The destination for fun, adventure, tanning, skiing, flying, shopping and so much more. Many tourists actually refer to the entry visa to the United Arab Emirates as a “Dubai Visa”. That is how famous the city of Dubai is. Dubai is so famously known to a point where, to some visitors, it overshadows its six neighboring cities, or Emirates.

Here is the deal. Applying for a UAE tourist visa gives you the chance to explore seven different Emirates, not just one. Of course, Dubai is a must, as it is probably the most diverse of all the Emirates; however, there is more to this country.

First of all, let us have a look at the capital city, Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi has a Ferrari World – yes; that is exactly what it sounds like.

The capital city also has a Louvre! Yes, the famous museum full of the most interesting historic art. If that is not a good enough reason to visit Abu Dhabi, then the astounding skyscrapers, the modern streets, the beautiful architecture, and the overall sophistication of the city should be.

Next, let us consider the city of Sharjah. Emirati locals refer to Sharjah as the capital of the Islamic civilization. The city is known for the traditions it upholds, and the history it protects. One of the main attraction in Sharjah is the central souk, where you get souvenirs, antiques, local dresses, and jewelry. Another main attraction is the Planetarium, where you get to explore the outer pace, attend conferences, and gaze at simulations of the mysteries that lie deep in the skies above us.

Moving on to Ajman, the city that has developed significantly over the past few years. It is the perfect destination for outings planned on tight budgets, while having its own side of a luxurious lifestyle to those who seek it. Ajman also has numerous spa centers and resorts on the “corniche” which is the street that runs parallel to the beach.

The final city on this list is Ras Al Khaimah. Many people, who only know the UAE by name, may have never heard of Ras Al Khaimah. Locals and expats sometimes shorten the name to “RAK”. Easier, right? This city is one of the most interesting in the UAE; that is because it is home to Jebel Jais, which is the highest and biggest mountain in the UAE.

You could drive all the way to the top of the mountain and enjoy a breathtaking view, have a BBQ or simply chill with some good company. If you are a bit more adventurous, you could climb parts of it, or even go zip lining across it.

Every Emirate in the country has its own story to tell, and every Emirate has its museums that help it tell that story. Whether you are into adventure, art, shopping, or relaxing, make sure that when you apply for your next UAE Visa to put all the Emirates on your stop list and not just Dubai.
